REQUIREMENTS for Clerk:
- It is necessary for applicants to possess a Grade 12 diploma.
- No experience with registration procedures at the Deeds Registry.
- Identification, classification, and documentation of reliable archives.
- The ability to manage records effectively.
- The ability to use computers.
- A good understanding of filing.
- The ability to archive.
- Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing).
- A good ability to interact with others.
- Maintaining a schedule.
- Working together.
DUTIES for Registration Clerk:
- Photocopying a document.
- Copies should be made of deeds and documents, business registers, manufacturing sheets should be completed, and supervisors should be notified.
- Micro movie rolls are drawn and filed.
- Micro movie rolls are drawn and archived.
- Make a report to the supervisor about any micro movie rolls that are unavailable.
- Copies of deeds should be made.
- Find deeds and files, and print the application shape from the requester.
- Digitizers in operation.
- Search for deeds and archives and print the software shape / listing provided by the requester.
- Keeping documents up to date.
- List of leaseholds and freeholds should be updated.
