REQUIREMENTS:

A matric certificate or equivalent Recognized tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Public Administration, Public Management, or Office Administration (REQV 13) is recommended. Three (3) years’ experience in the front desk is recommended. Ability to communicate in English and isiZulu is recommended. Computer skills, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.

DUTIES:

Respond to incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate departments and personnel Greet visitors (internal & external) professionally, determining their purpose and nature of visit Direct visitors/guests (internal & external) to appropriate destinations Monitor visitors’ access Collect, sort, and distribute correspondence, messages, and courier deliveries Schedule appointments, maintain and update calendars Prepare memos, reports, and other documents whenever needed Receive and resolve complaints from clients Handling inquiries, disseminating College information to visitors and callers.
