On Tuesday, February 20th, 2024, the Ga-Rankuwa Campus warmly received a delegation from the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), including the TUT executive management and the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Prof Tinyiko Maluleke. Opting to convene their latest executive management committee meeting in Ga-Rankuwa, the executive team’s decision symbolizes their dedication to service delivery and the advancement of academic excellence across all TUT campuses.

Dr. Elikanah Lumadi, Interim Campus Rector, led the Vice-Chancellor and other executives, including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Operations, Dr. Tlale, on a comprehensive tour of the campus. Highlights included inspections of the newly constructed hall and cutting-edge facilities such as the high-tech lecture rooms currently under development.
Home to the TUT Faculty of Economics and Finance, the Ga-Rankuwa Campus boasts one of the highest student success rates among its peers. The faculty annually hosts tax clinic sessions, offering free tax advice to staff, students, and community members. Over the years, the Faculty of Economics and Finance has earned recognition as one of the premier providers of economic and finance education in the country.
