TUT Lecturer (Biokinetics) Department of Sport, Rehabilitation and Dental Sciences Pretoria Campus
Minimum Requirements
- Teach undergraduate courses in Biokinetics
- Play an active role as an academic nationally and internationally
- Conduct departmental and academic-related activities and responsibilities
- Be involved in the clinical training of undergraduate Biokinetics students
- Mentor and supervise postgraduate students
- Conduct collaborative research in their research specialization areas
- Participate in community engagement
- General administration such as capturing test and assignment marks on ITS, uploading documents on my tutor and compiling subject study guides
- Comply and assist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) directives and minimum standard.
Key Performance Areas
- A Master’s degree in Biokinetics
- Three years of teaching experience at the university level and/or industry experience
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Biokineticist.
