In this conference, representatives of the academic and research community from both local and international institutions will present their research with resolutions that relate to mitigating and adapting to climate change in the City of Tshwane, and to stimulate new research areas for improving the implementation of the Climate Action Plan (CAP).
Both TUT and CoT are locally based institutions that are globally aware, responsive, and pragmatic. They are working together to share ideas and to debate local research and development initiatives that will result in strategies addressing climate change’s causes as well as its consequences.
