TUT Co Hosts the 22nd SAAPAM Annual Conference Repositioning African Governments. The South African Association of Public Administration and Management (SAAPAM) partnered with Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and the University of South Africa (UNISA) to organize the 22nd annual conference.
