The Tshwane School for Business and Society (TSB) is in search of an innovative Marketing and Projects Co-oordinator to assist with the Marketing and coordination of Executive Education and other projects in the school. The position is based at TSB, 159 Nana Sita Street, in Pretoria CBD.
TUT Part -Time Marketing and Projects Co-Ordinator for Tshwane School
Critical Performance Areas
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Conceptualizing and designing marketing collateral.
- Managing social media pages, including content design and posting.
- Developing the marketing budget and reporting on marketing ROI.
- Brand development and alignment to focus areas and consistency across all touch points.
- Stakeholder engagement – act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- The Coordination of Executive Development Programmes offered by the School.
- Execute project management administrative tasks such as managing invoices and purchase orders, among other financial documents.
- Report on project expenditures/transactions.
Minimum Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Marketing/Business Management/Project Management
Experience
- 1 year or 2 years work experience preferably in marketing and/or project coordination.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrable experience in marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office and familiarity with the latest technologies.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
